National Fluffiness Appreciation Day.
Fluffiness. Fluffiness is fluffy. It is composed of fluff. It comes in two main varieties on a certain set of forums:
Pink and Blue.
The forces of The Pink Fluffiness and The Blue Fluffiness started as a random forum fad. Silver Prion Chemistry and I began posting random, pink, fluffy things, and Billybobjean, deciding to revolt against the tide of increasingly fluffy pink fluffiness, created Blue fluffiness. At that very moment in time, the two fluffinesses became bitter enemies.
Soon began the fabled fluffiness wars. They lasted a long time, and two lesser, independant fluffinesses appeared: The Green Fluffiness and The Gold Fluffiness.
These four fluffy sides waged a long and terrible war. The mages and warriors of fluffiness crafted arrows, bombs, and walls, and made sprays of color, forcefields, and magical blasts of fluffy energy. They each tried to outdo each other, for if you managed to vanquish an opponent, their fluffy energy would morph to the color of yours. The gold and green fluffiness were worthy sides, but neither fought as long or hard as TPF and TBF. TFW lasted many years, until, one day...
The fighting stopped. The fluffy soldiers flung down their fluffy swords. It was National Fluffiness Appreciation day. NFAD.
TPF raised their voices, and, under the brilliant lyrics of one of their two leaders, SPC, recited TPF Anthem!
Here it is, quoted from the genius herself:
"Oh, say can you see by the clouds' pinkish light,
What so proudly we hailed by the flufflight's last throwing?
O'er the forcefields we watched, was so gallantly floating?
And the arrows' pink glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our fluff was still there.
Oh say, does that pink-covered fluffiness yet wave
O'er the land of the pink and the home of the fluff?"
TBF was so overcome with Silver's lyrical genius-hood that the fighting stopped, and to this day, it has not continued...yet.
So here, for those of you who started it all, or who joined us in our various causes, I award you this badge, on May 3, National Fluffiness Appreciation Day! :D

Teal. Rocks. Because we were really against all things fluffy, even if the fluffy stuff was blue.
Not forgotten. Yes, it was a team, but this is NFAD. Team Malachite is not involved (plus I can't find the malachite forum...)
